System Requirements for HRPyramid Web Edition
The following are system requirements for HRPyramid Web Edition only.
HRPyramid Web Edition is the web self-services software that integrates with the HRPyramid software solution.
Hardware:
- Dedicated web server
- Memory: 1 Gb
- Processor: 1 Ghz
- Hard Drive: 40 Gb
Please note that these size requirements are suggestions. The size requirements of the machine should be evaluated prior to installation based on anticipated traffic and load.
Software:
- Operating Systems: Windows 2000/2003, Redhat Enterprise Linux
- Security: SSL Certificate
- Web Server: Tomcat Application Server* (free); Java JDK* (free)
- FTP server on mvQuery Print Server (included with Windows)
- Redback Object Server
- UniData RDBMS
- Database: HRPyramid
Network
- LAN/WAN connection between the web server and database server (restricted port access)
- FTP port access from web server to mvQuery Print Server Internet bandwidth dependent on performance and demand
Remote Administration/Support
- Unix: SSH access to web server is required
- Windows: Remote Desktop access to web server is required
