Release 12.1 Operational Improvements Overview HRPyramid 12.1 is not quite "Vision," but will have some exciting new features to help the Operational aspects of your company. We will review these in this hour-long session. One group of new features will provide better banking and tax controls that allow for "time of day" rules that can be implemented so that banking and taxes can be processed knowing nothing can be processed that would impact those processes without being authorized using new ‘release’ processes. We also review new field-level security that allows sites to use "Group Security" to restrict changes to fields they designate on certain screens. There is also an improved extensible "Lock Out" system to provide better lockouts for things like "same day" processing or back-dated payrolls, even Min/Max testing. Users can choose to remove certain tests, or introduce stringent mutli-party release mechanisms – or leave them just as they have always been. This will be a "peek" at these features and others that will help improve your operations. The topics will be of interest to those responsible for the security and access to your system, as well as people involved in operations, accounting, and management controls.
Give your Fingers a Rest: Data Import Options in HRPyramid There are multiple electronic import options currently available in HRP that can help you avoid manual data entry. These options include methods for importing time sheet data, new hires, benefit enrollments and more. This session will cover the array of import options available. Attendees will be provided with file specifications for each of the import processes reviewed. |
