F.W. Davison & Company has added a new area to the Customer Resource Center (CRC) website that includes Custom Programming Requests and Account Inquiry.
Custom Programming Requests
On occasion, HRPyramid users may require custom programming, such as a specialized report or a customized third-party download. To manage these requests, F.W. Davison & Company has created a new Custom Programming Request system (or "CP Requests"), which replaces the former "change request" system.
The CP Request area of the CRC will allow customers to submit a detailed request (attaching any associated files), monitor the status, authorize the quoted request electronically, or cancel the request. The new authorization process is paperless and fax-less; customers can even use an iPhone app to sign the authorization form.
Contact Information
The new area of the CRC website also allows customers to review the contact and product detail we have on file for the company, including addresses, phone numbers, contact names, e-mail addresses, and more.
New Look for the CRC
The CRC now has a new look and feel to improve the user experience and to provide consistent design elements throughout. Additionally, a new CRC notice board keeps users up-to-date with important announcements and information meant for customers only.
