The following events are free to registered conference attendees. Guests tickets may be purchased on the online registration form.

Welcome Reception

Monday, April 23 | 5:00-7:00 pm

There is no better way to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling than at the Welcome Reception, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the harbor from the terrace of the Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel. Light fare (hot and cold hors d'oeuvres) and cocktails will be served. What a great opportunity to meet other HRPyramid users as well as members of the F.W. Davison team! The social reception is included in your conference registration; guest tickets may be purchased on the registration form.

10th Anniversary Sky High Celebration

Tuesday, April 24 | 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Everyone is invited to help celebrate our 10th user conference with a sky-high dinner gala at the State Room, an elegant event space with breathtaking views of the harbor and city. Enjoy a cocktail hour, gourmet dinner, and soothing sounds of a live jazz trio after a long day of meetings. The event is located within walking distance of the Marriott; transportation is also provided to and from the hotel. There is no extra cost for registered conference attendees; tickets may be purchased for guests on the registration form. Cash bar will be available; coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Dress is smart casual or cocktail attire; no jeans or athletic shoes, please.

Conference Luncheons

Wednesday, April 25 | 12:00-1:00 pm

At lunchtime each day of the conference, attendees will enjoy delicious plated luncheons. The luncheons are free to registered conference attendees. Guests and training-only attendees (those not registered for the conference) may purchase a ticket on the registration form.
