HIRE Act 2010 Processing in HRPyramid
In response to the recent "Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment" (HIRE) Act of 2010, F.W. Davison & Company has developed new software functionality in HRPyramid that allows users to identify and track the OASDI tax credit under the provisions of the Act.

Recalculating the SUTA Taxable Wage Base
In response to recent legislation passed in Florida and Hawaii, F.W. Davison & Company updated several of HRPyramid's existing utilities to assist HRPyramid customers who process payroll for clients in states affected by recent tax rollbacks.

F.W. Davison & Company Adopts New Software Development Methodology
F.W. Davison & Company has adopted a new software development methodology for future releases of HRPyramid. Initially, customers will notice a departure from the usual version numbering in the latest software release (what was previously announced as version 5.3 will be released as version 10.1).

Support for IE 6 Discontinued
HRPyramid Web Edition (Web Edition) officially supports Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) version 7 and 8 as well as Firefox 3.0 through 3.6. Support for MSIE 6 has been discontinued.

Release 5.3 Now in Beta Testing
Release 5.3 of HRPyramid and HRPyramid Web Edition is now in beta testing. Included in Release 5.3 are a number of new functions and feature enhancements.

F.W. Davison & Company has added a new feature to its customer support website: Ticket Feedback. This new feature is one of several ongoing feedback collection methods the company uses to evaluate customer satisfaction, as well as gauge its support team's performance.

New Download for ESAC Accredited PEOs
F.W. Davison & Company has developed a new client data download for ESAC accredited PEOs. The data is used for the dual purpose of the PEO's compliance with state requirements through ESAC's eMAC program and for enrolling PEO clients in ESAC's financial assurance program.
