Intuitive customer support

Intuitive customer support is elemental to the HRPyramid software experience.

The unique time requirements of payroll services demand responsive customer support. Many of our customer service agents are former HRO professionals, and so are particularly sensitive to the needs of HRPyramid customers, and are efficient in expediting customer requests for assistance.

Web Support System

Customers submit questions and issues using our advanced web customer support system. Our case tracking system ensures that all requests are efficiently handled and personally expedited. Customer support analysts are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm. Eastern time.

Customer Resource Center Website

In addition to the web customer support system, the online Customer Resource Center (CRC) web site provides access to other important customer resources such as the documentation library, upgrade files and release notes, as well as other helpful downloads.
