The Benefits Reconciliation Module
This session will cover the process HRPyramid has created to reconcile benefit transactions.  It will cover the setup for reconciling benefits and the process of taking information from the insurance carrier and using it to reconcile the employee transactions with the insurance carrier invoice.  It will also cover process that have been added to the module since the last release of HRPyramid.  By attending this session you will come away with a better understanding of how HRPyramid processes benefit plans and deductions.  With that understanding, you will better understand how to get the information to reconcile benefits to the carrier invoice.  You will be shown the tools created within HRPyramid to assist in this process, thus speeding up the time it takes to do the reconciliation and identify possible trouble areas. This session should be attended by users who have the responsibility to monitor the client’s benefits.

The session will provide an in depth demonstration of the Benefits Enrollment  and Onboarding  modules.   Walk through new hire process to see how automating the onboarding process improves new hire processing efficiency and compliance.   See benefits enrollment in action and learn how to leverage your current eligibility rules and benefits setup.  Preview new features in the latest release designed to speed deployment such as the new tutorial videos and configuration auditing tools.

HRP Vision Preview
HRPyramid Vision is the next generation of HRPyramid currently in development. This session will provide a preview of some of the key features of HRPyramid Vision, including the new role-based security model, search-based navigation system (HPS), and browser-based user interface. Come see how all users will interact with one integrated platform/portal based on their role, including internal users, worksite managers and worksite employees.

MasterTax Update 
HRPyramid users who are also MasterTax customers won't want to miss this opportunity to discuss the HRPyramid/MasterTax interface with representatives from both MasterTax and F.W. Davison & Company. A short presentation will be followed by an open discussion, during which attendees will be encouraged to provide feedback on any issues, questions, and general user experience.

Deduction Cut-Back Processing 
HRPyramid Release 12.1 adds new functionality to automatically calculate and print cut-back checks for employee payroll deductions. In addition, a new optional batch method for processing garnishment checks has been added. This session will provide an overview of the new functionality from a setup and day-to-day processing perspective.

Workers Comp Claims Management 
This session will review and discuss recent enhancements of the HRPyramid integrated Workers Comp Claims Management module.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("PPACA") 
Aka: Healthcare Reform Bill. Discussion on how HRPyramid will handle requirements of this bill. Focus on the W2 treatment of the benefits and how optionally external benefit data may be used.

Round Tables 
Round table discussions allow users to talk with the Davison experts and ask questions within a casual setting. Great networking opportunity.
