The following events are free to registered conference attendees. Guests tickets may be purchased on the online registration form.

Welcome Reception

Tuesday, September 14 | 5:00-7:00 pm

There is no better way to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling than at the Welcome Reception, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the harbor from the terrace of the Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel. Light fare (hot and cold hors d'oeuvres) and cocktails will be served. What a great opportunity to meet other HRPyramid users as well as members of the F.W. Davison team! The social reception is included in your conference registration; guest tickets may be purchased on the registration form.

Odyssey Harbor Dinner Cruise

Wednesday, September 15 | 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Welcome aboard! Conference guests will be treated to an unforgettable evening on an elegant harbor dinner cruise. Relax and unwind during the cocktail hour on board the Odyssey, after which a delicious gourmet dinner is served on our private deck as we navigate the tranquil waters of Boston Harbor. Whether you kick up your heels to live music on the dance floor or simply take in the spectacular view of the city lights, this event is one you won't want to miss!  Dinner and cruise is included in your conference registration; guests may purchase tickets on the registration form. Attire: no jeans or athletic shoes are allowed on the Odyssey.

Conference Luncheons

Thursday, September 16 | 12:00-1:00 pm

At lunchtime each day of the conference, attendees will enjoy delicious plated luncheons. The luncheons are free to registered conference attendees. Guests and training-only attendees (those not registered for the conference) may purchase a ticket on the registration form.
